Words of Gratitude and Celebration!

Wow, Full Joy Ministries has already been up and running a few months now! Thank you to all those who have visited the new site. Let’s celebrate and recap together!

March brought the launch of the new book, Staying Power, Building A Stronger Marriage When Life Sends Its Worst. Staying Power was written by Carol and Gene Kent, along with their co-authors, Cindy and Dave Lambert. The Kents and Lamberts included many other people’s personal stories. It was an honor and very fun to have a small piece of our family’s story included in the book!

April brought a first for me, my first time as a guest on a podcast! It was like talking to good friends and I enjoyed every minute of it. Thank you to Jill McCormick and Robin Wall for inviting me on their podcast, A Frayed Knot! You can listen here: EP 038, Kim Cusimano, A Frayed Knot

May has already been a banner month with TWO things to celebrate! I received my copies of the new book, She Writes for Him, Stories of Resilient Faith. I am a contributing author to this encouragement-filled compilation book. It is a beautiful book with 30 chapters written by different individuals who have lived through a thing or two and have the heart to help others walk through their challenges.

Secondly, May brought another first for me, an opportunity to guest blog! Thank you to Pearls of Promise Ministries for helping me reach more special needs parents with words of encouragement and hope. It was a delight to join with them in their vision to, “Help women overcome life’s trials through sharing the strength and love of God.” My guest blog Tears Can Talk can be found at Pearls of Promise.
